About Denttabs

We are rethinking dental health from the ground up.

This is what I stand for with my company Denttabs, which developed the first toothpaste tablet in 2003 - a healthy and sustainable alternative to typical toothpaste.

Before Denttabs, I was a car mechanic, a programmer and, with my brothers, the founder of a dental laboratory. What all these professions had in common: I fiddled around until I found a good solution.

This was also the case with Denttabs, which came about quite by chance as part of a doctoral thesis. The original goal was to create a water-free toothpaste without the ingredients of typical toothpaste, which are superfluous for dental care but potentially critical for the body. The more I looked into it, the clearer it became to me: we need to relearn everything we know about dental hygiene.

That's how the idea for the toothbrush tablet came about, which eventually became the company Denttabs. With the vision that everyone has the right to good oral hygiene - and a healthy toothbrushing experience.
